This workshop introduces the ancient teachings of Thai Bodywork, incorporating stretches and yoga-like postures to ease tension and bring the body into balance. This practice is fully clothed and performed on the floor - please come dressed comfortably with clothing that allows for movement. You'll learn intuitive ways to use your hands (and feet!) and other effective techniques to apply pressure for a magical massage without getting tired! No previous knowledge needed.
