Sleep is truly restorative and important for our health but what if you're not getting any, or enough of it? What if sleep is something that used to come easy and now feels impossible? That lack of sleep can create a cloud that follows you everywhere. It makes the days hard to face, and the nights full of dread.
Take this opportunity to reconnect with sleep and build a new relationship to it. This workshop will bring back your confidence and energy when it comes to sleep.
 
In this 2 hour workshop we'll learn about insomnia and the science of sleep, we'll learn about our own individual sleep needs and develop new strategies that will make sleep a friend and not a foe. It will also come with the option to enroll in the one on one online Get To Sleep Program.
Come with a sense of curiosity rather than judgement about your sleep behavior.
