This specific class is geared towards our youngest demographic, with just a little more creative movement and play peppered in to keep things feeling fresh and fun! We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs.
