Whether you're looking to deepen your breathwork practice, build community, dive a bit deeper into your healing or work through specific challenge, there's something for you in this introductory session.

• Introduction to two categories of breathwork
• Somatic warm up exercise
• Identifying your breath pattern and your body tolerance to carbon dioxide

What do I need to bring?
• Please wear loose, warm and comfortable clothing
• Ideally avoid caffeine and eat a light meal two hours before the class
• Yoga mats are provided but for added comfort, please bring a small pillow, your own
shawl/soft blanket and a water bottle
• Journal/notebook and pen
• Eye Mask
