Let’s be real—most of us didn’t get “The Talk” growing up, at least not the one we deserved.
If sex education was a mix of awkward silences, shame, and incomplete information, this workshop series is here to change that. We’ll dive into the essentials of sexual wellness, from anatomy and contraception to queerness, kink, and communication. Each class is designed to provide you with knowledge, tools, and the confidence to reclaim and explore your sexuality in a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space.
Whether you're curious about how your body works, seeking clarity around pregnancy and contraception, or exploring aspects of sexuality you’ve been hesitant to discuss, this series will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll unpack the stories society has handed us, navigate complex topics with care, and empower you to connect more deeply with yourself and others. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and an open mind—because it’s time to fill in the gaps, break down the taboos, and start talking about what really matters.

WORKSHOP #1: Sexual Anatomy
In this class, we’ll cover the essentials of sexual anatomy and function while exploring the beautiful diversity of bodies. We’ll also dive into concepts like body positivity and neutrality, creating space to reflect on how we view and connect with our own bodies. Feel free to bring a notebook and pen—handouts will also be provided so you can revisit the material whenever you need.
We’ll approach sensitive topics with care, including pregnancy loss, taboo sexual expression, abuse, assault, and the impact of systemic oppression and violence. This is a space for open, honest learning where tough conversations are handled with compassion and respect.
This Valentine’s season, let’s flip the script. Instead of seeking love and care outside yourself, what if you turned inward to honor the beauty that’s already within you? Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between, this event is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with you.
We’ll begin by grounding with gentle breathwork, heart-opening movements, and toning to the heart chakra. From there, we’ll guide you through a Ceremony of Self journaling prompt to reflect and set intentions. Once complete, you’ll settle into the healing vibrations of your own words and the transformative power of sound.
Olive and Flick will take you on a Sound Journey featuring crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz, gongs, harp, handpan, drumming, chimes, and medicine music from around the globe. Every note is designed to hold you, nourish you, and invite deep restoration.
We’ll close with space for reflection, connection, and maybe even a hug or two. These experiences tend to sell out quickly, so if this resonates, we recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible. Let’s celebrate the love you already hold.
Discover the essence of meditation in this 60-minute workshop designed to demystify the practice and guide you through the principles that underlie what meditation truly is. Beyond the common myths, delve into the transformative qualities of meditation and explore various techniques that pave the way for a meaningful meditation experience.
Far beyond seeking momentary comfort, meditation invites us to cultivate open, compassionate attentiveness to every aspect of our experience.
As we explore the foundational quality of steadfastness, discover the art of sitting with whatever arises, whether it's a racing mind, bodily sensations, or emotional turbulence. Embrace the practice as a compassionate gesture of loyalty to oneself.
Join us in this transformative exploration of meditation, where the path is not always easy, but the rewards are profound.
