Somatic Sounding is an integrative practice that can help you develop confidence and comfort with your own voice, promote relaxation, and assist in the process of healing. Through becoming aware of how your voice affects vibrations within the body, you can touch and express the essence of your being. You can learn a variety of vocal practices, techniques and music from many cultures that adds an amazing dimension for personal growth and well-being. Pinna Joseph is a teacher of the full expression of the voice specializing in the invocation as a means of personal vocal expression and chanting as a way for folks to join together spiritually and creatively. She has sung as the cantorial singer with The Spirit of the Desert, a Jewish Renewal Community here in the Phoenix area, for the last 20 years. She is Co-Founder of Somatic Sounding with Michele Dante.
