You’re Invited!

We’re excited to host the Self Care Sisterhood community for a fun Aerial Silks session!

Learn how to handle the silks, explore movement in the air, and practice basic inversions — if you want to. :) All levels welcome!

After class, enjoy light refreshments, good company, and time to connect.

$30 per person – Please register and sign the waiver before the event.

Bring water and wear comfortable yoga clothes (pants recommended).
