Through a trauma-informed approach, and along with 2.5 hours of EE System immersion, we will gently explore breathing in a conscious manner, moving you out of your head and into your body allowing for REAL transformation to occur.
The process of deep & conscious rhythmic breathing is an

peace & gratitude, ENHANCE clarity & connection, and is the
most effective tool for RELEASING stuck emotions & energy from
your nervous system.
