Prerequisites:

Previous aerial experience is required.

Climb on silks or, Lift into hoop with no jumping or assistance, or Pole climb or Pull up

 

Recommended Apparel:

You will be on a silicone pole. Tight full coverage leggings are recommended. Clothing should be tight to your body (excess fabric will cause more sliding).

Anna started her aerial journey in 2021. She began taking classes for grounded pole and lyra, progressing quickly through the levels. She began teaching grounded pole in 2023. That same year she made the gentle jump into the world of aerial pole. An immediate interest sparked, and she continued training with it, pursuing a certification in flying pole in 2024. Anna also loves the performance world. She began performing in 2022 under the stage name Aeriejane, and continues to perform at a variety of events around Grand Rapids. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her fiance, playing board games with friends, crafting, and trying new things.
