Adults and Kids 10yrs+
Prerequisites: Inversion in the air, Hipkey in air
In this class you will learn various body wraps (Hipkey, S-wraps, Z-wraps, Thigh hitches), dynamic movements, and drops. Focus will be on quality of movement, control, and body awareness.
Adults and Kids 10yrs+
Prerequisites: Able to place a footlock on your foot from the ground and know how to wrap to climb.
In this class you will learn various moves from single and double footlocks. You will also work on climbing and being able to place footlocks in the air. Conditioning proper technique for inversions and working on stamina will be implemented through the session.
Adults and Kids 10yrs+
Prerequisites: Apply a footlock in the air. Climb to the top of the silks. Iversion from the floor. 10 second hang from the fabric.
In this class you will perform moves in the air. We will work through X-back straddles, new ways to climb, belays, variations in footlocks, wrapped leg moves and even some drops!
Adults and Kids 10yrs+
In this class you will learn how to climb the fabirc and place a foot lock on your foot to stand in the air and pose. No prior experience needed. We receommend at least one month of Intro to Silks if you have never taken a silks class before or cannot remember how to place a footlock or climb.
