In this workshop, we will create inspirational candles, mindfully choosing your fragrance and setting your intention as the candle sets.
We will do a gentle yoga practice and along with guided group hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis will allow us to bring clarity to our future dreams and the utmost confidence in pursuing them.
As we celebrate our lives together on this Sunday funday, you will feel guided “into the light.” Where in your inner light you are free and in control.
