Aerial rope is a dynamic, beautiful apparatus that combines strength and grace. In this workshop you will learn introductory rope skills like climbs, balances, and splits in a small group setting. This is an intermediate apparatus. Students are required to have taken at least 1 aerial silks class and be able to complete 2 climbs in a row. Please wear pants that cover your entire legs and bring a pair of socks.

Join Alyssa for a 4-week series designed to help you flow through stunning beginner and advanced beginner friendly poses and sequences in the aerial Lyra hoop! Throughout this course, you'll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness to move safely and gracefully in the hoop. Instruction will focus on essential aerial skills, including proper grip, body alignment, balance, and seamless transitions between movements. You'll also practice conditioning exercises to strengthen your core and upper body, key elements for mastering the art of Lyra. Come elevate your practice and discover the beauty of aerial movement!
Must have taken at least 2 intro to lyra drop in classes before joining the series!
In this progressive 4-week Lyra Hoop series, Level 2 students will build and refine a stunning aerial routine featuring intermediate to advanced movements! We’ll explore dynamic poses beneath the bottom bar, inside the hoop, and above the hoop using the spanset for added height and creativity. This series is designed to help you improve strength, fluidity, and transitions, while adding artistry and confidence to your aerial flow. Get ready to push your limits and create something truly breathtaking!
This class is all about connection. Explore breath, trust and connection with other humans. This class will include partner stretching and therapeutic poses focused on tension relief and feeling good. The flow of this class has no prerequisites, come stretch and connect. Some Acro poses that are optional based on skill level.
