Self-Myofascial Releasing + Sound Bowl Meditation
The first part of this workshop is allllll about taking care of your body. You’ll learn how to use tools like a tennis ball, a block, and your own hands to move tension out of your body. Jen M. will warm you up with some fun movement and then we’ll spend most of our time working out body tension, and Larissa will lead you into rest with a sound bowl meditation.
Session 2:

Flight & Fun: Arm Balancing + Neck & Shoulder Love
Arm balancing FUN! We'll dive into tips, tools, and skills to be able to play with an array of arm balances–Familiar favorites like Crow, plus some fresh and spicy poses like Flying Lizard and Flying Warrior. We will flow, explore, and provide you with the tools necessary to gain more confidence in your arm balances. Get ready to breathe, move safely, take your foot (or feet!) off the ground, and have a blast.
