But, seriously, your core is so important. This engaging and all things CORE Health-focused workshop with Jen M is going to be ahhh-mazing!
This workshop includes a fun and novel approach to:
- Understanding and tending to your 4 diaphragms (yep, you read that right, we have four!)
- Breathwork that can make your core more functional in activity and daily movement.
- Extra love for the hips, trunk, and Pelvic Floor so your core can work better for you-from bathroom duties to stability!
Why is this good for you?
- You'll learn how to better support your yoga practice through core stability, mobility, and body awareness.
- Your lower back and core will be having much better conversations afterward; yay for body repair!
- Your breath will come a little more freely, a bit easier.
- Many of us hold our breath when in stress, which can create non-optimal tension patterns in our bodies.
- May find ease in small, daily movements like sitting and walking; the core supports it all!

Self-Myofascial Releasing + Sound Bowl Meditation
The first part of this workshop is allllll about taking care of your body. You’ll learn how to use tools like a tennis ball, a block, and your own hands to move tension out of your body. Jen M. will warm you up with some fun movement and then we’ll spend most of our time working out body tension, and Larissa will lead you into rest with a sound bowl meditation.

Flight & Fun: Arm Balancing + Neck & Shoulder Love
Arm balancing FUN! We'll dive into tips, tools, and skills to be able to play with an array of arm balances–Familiar favorites like Crow, plus some fresh and spicy poses like Flying Lizard and Flying Warrior. We will flow, explore, and provide you with the tools necessary to gain more confidence in your arm balances. Get ready to breathe, move safely, take your foot (or feet!) off the ground, and have a blast.
These each count as three classes toward your 30-day #GYPChallenge total! (that’s six classes if you attend both sessions!)
