Course Overview

This training is the first step to becoming a Pilates Process™ certified instructor. You will learn the Mat Level 1 & 2 repertoire, including modifications, which serve as the foundation for later equipment courses.

Throughout this course, we introduce:
Pilates Process™ Principles
Basics of functional anatomy
Postural analysis & programming
Cueing & communication
Practice teaching in a creative, supportive, and fun environment

The Pilates Process™ approach is unique—our priority isn’t just that clients perform Pilates well (though they will over time). Instead, we aim for Pilates to serve the client, helping them develop greater efficiency, stability, balanced power, and improved posture.

Small Class Sizes
We keep classes limited to 12 students to ensure personalized attention. If we exceed 8 students, we add an assistant instructor.

Non-Refundable Deposit: $500 + GST due by May.25th
