Kirsten will focus on habit change, belief shifting and letting go of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. Her talk will also cover her role as a Licensed Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts Group and how she plans to build connection and community in and around Ely for women experiencing hormonal change. This includes her free Menopause Cuppa Meet Ups that she runs regularly to provide connection and support.

In many cultures the menopause is something to be embraced and celebrated, a part of being a woman and moving into our 'second spring' sharing our wisdom with others. I'm Melanie from Lovenutritioncambridge (a plant based chef and nutritionist) I'll be talking about how to embrace and manage the menopause naturally through dietary and lifestyle changes.
Also I'll be sharing some of my personal experiences and tips with you which may help you ease more gently into the menopause.

She has led numerous initiatives that focus on empowering women to understand and manage life transitions, with a special emphasis on midlife health. Adrijana's presentations blend scientific insights with practical advice, making complex health topics accessible to women who seek better quality of life.
