New to Pole Dance/Fitness? This is the perfect place to start. Learn the fundamentals from the *Very* beginning with other people who are also new to aerial silks. We will teach you the basics with patience and care. There is an additional review class that is included! but not required. That review class is on Fridays at 7:15 pm.
