Each group meets once a week, offering hands-on coaching in a supportive small group environment (max 5 participants). These one-hour sessions are designed to help you build strength and confidence, with modifications for all fitness levels.

You’ll also receive:

  • A 6-week meal guide with simple healthy recipes.
  • A straightforward at-home workout plan to keep you consistent between sessions.
