You’ll create a stunning 4” x 12” Chakra Alignment Artwork infused with intention and creativity.
No art experience needed—just come ready to explore, connect, and enjoy!

In-Person Strength Training

- Group 1: Mondays, Feb. 24 – Mar. 31, 7:30 PM
- Group 2: Tuesdays, Feb. 25 – Apr. 1, 7:30

Where: My home gym in Woodmoor (3 minutes from FitSisters Yoga Studio)
Cost: $210
Each group meets once a week, offering hands-on coaching in a supportive small group environment (max 5 participants). These one-hour sessions are designed to help you build strength and confidence, with modifications for all fitness levels.
You’ll also receive:
- A 6-week meal guide with simple healthy recipes.
- A straightforward at-home workout plan to keep you consistent between sessions.
