The Fanshawe Fitness Centre is committed to enhancing the overall health and wellness of Fanshawe College students and staff. We are so excited to present Optimize - a 4 day virtual wellness fair. This event is FREE for everyone and offers an education filled 4 days. Each day our attendees will have access to: - A live virtual session on a wellness topic - A helpful downloadable item with take home information on the topic discuss in the live session - The chance to win one of two $25 Amazon gift card for attending a live session!
