Come experience the pure harmonic tone of the crystal singing bowls with musician Peter Olsen as he plays harmonic and melodic arrangements of eight different tones. The sound of the bowls creates an immersive sound bath, the effect of which is like a 'vibrational massage' or an 'inner tuning' that helps to restore balance on both a physiological and energetic level. The benefits can be numerous as the tones harmonize with the cellular structures of the body. Furthermore, the sound of pure tone produces sine waves, which are present in the brain during an alpha state, inducing a deep state of relaxation, insightful presence, and elevated mood.

Peter has been playing the crystal singing bowls since 2010 when he partnered with the great Sandee Conroy, ‘The Singing Bowl Lady’, who has since moved to Austin, TX. He has played the bowls solo, duo and as part of Yin/Restorative Yoga sessions. This will be a solo performance geared towards a meditative experience for the participants. These sessions are uninterrupted and can be intense.

The meditations are one hour long with a few minutes of silent meditation at the end. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or cushions to make yourself comfortable as you lie or sit in meditation. The studio has these available for you as well should you need them.

During this 90-minute yoga workshop Ginny Colarusso (E-RYT 500) will guide you through a deeply relaxing, and self-nurturing, practice of Yin yoga. As needed, she will apply gentle hands on adjustments and Reiki healing to allow your physical, mental, and emotional body to release what no longer serves your highest good. You will finish with a calming guided meditation and a self-restoring Savasana. Each participant will also receive an oracle card reading and a message from spirit.

Remote Viewing (RV) is an attempt to gather information about a distant or unseen object, people, events, or location using intuition, extrasensory perception (ESP), or mental projection. Participants in the workshop will gain an understanding of Remote Viewing and how it can be used practically in everyday life. By the end of the workshop, you will have learned basic techniques with hands-on practice through fun exercises. These exercises can help to enhance your personal intuition where anyone can participate. Handouts will be provided for your personal reference. Please bring a notebook and pen.

Let us come together with Yoga, Music, and Magic, to celebrate the alignment of seven planets! This rare celestial event, known as the “Planet Parade”, will take place from January 21st through February 21st. The six planets Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus will line up first for most of this period, but then Mercury will join in late Febuary to make the total seven. This will be a lot of planetary energy in the sky, which will affect us as well! Let's set our 2025 intentions with this amazing energy!
