Full Moon Release & Sound Bowl Meditation

Please join us for a night under the full moon. An evening of connection, love, and release!

The full moon is a symbol of the aspects of femininity, such as intuition, creativity, and wisdom. It is also a time of release and reflection. Meeting under the full moon is a way to connect deeper with sacred dreams and to feel empowered to let go of what is no longer serving us.

After our release, Jenni will guide you in a sound bath meditation. A sound bath creates sound waves coming from singing bowls that allow you to reach deep meditative and even sleep states. It does this by slowing your brain waves. Sound healing is a non-invasive, ancient holistic therapy used to treat physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional energies.

Jenni will do a collective card reading and share individual intuitive healing messages for all.

Cost: $20 Earlybird. Please bring a yoga mat or large beach towel.

1 Hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 Hours of Deep Sleep  
 
In this elevated 75 minute Nidra session, Maura will guide you into a grounded and relaxed state with specialized, supportive yoga props, cozy restorative postures, ambient music with 396 hertz and (optional) doTERRA Pure Essential Oils.
After progressive relaxation of body and mind, you will embark on a guided mental journey through 61 energy rich points in the body (Shavayatra) to induce profound relaxation and enhance the quality of your life.
