We have one class for adults and one for the kids at the same time in different rooms.

Come together and enjoy your own unique experience.

Adults will treat themself to an evening of quiet bliss with a restorative yoga class and sound bath with Shauna in the Base Studio.

Kids can explore mindfulness and sound healing through interactive fun & games and their own mini sound bath in the Meadow Studio.

Each adult and kid will need to sign up separately. This can be done easiest on our Evolve Wellness app. You can find a link to our app on the home page of our website or wherever you like to get your apps. From there you can toggle easily between your relationships to get everyone signed up in the 'more' section on the app. If you have questions please email ginger@evolvewellness.love. and she will help get you to sign up.
