Sketchbook – Please bring a sketchbook of your choice, recommended size 5x7 or larger with heavy, high-quality pages to support various creative materials. Alternatively, you may bring a poster board if you prefer a larger canvas for your visioning. Comfortable Clothing – Wear comfortable attire to allow for ease of movement and full immersion during meditation and creative work. We want you to feel at ease and free to create! This workshop is all about tapping into your creativity, so come ready to explore and manifest!
