Join us for a magical winter themed yoga camp this holiday season. A typical day at camp for kids ages 6-11 will include mindfulness & self-calming techniques, playful & challenging yoga poses, camp songs, breathing practices, yoga games, community building, outside play, mandalas, arts & crafts, and relaxation. Students will be able to explore meditation & yoga, experience winter themed yoga activities, and feel supported and encouraged to express their authentic selves in a welcoming community.
