In this Level 1 Sound Healer training you will explore multiple instruments, how they work with elemental energy, and how to incorporate that energy to heal yourself. You will receive instruction on how to use the instruments at a basic level so you can determine the direction you would like to go first.
You will also learn several techniques to use for your practice that will help you develop your own soundscapes to share with groups. Level 2 teaches group facilitation in detail, and this Level 1 training gives you a strong foundation to build upon.
With a focus on the self, you will experience a shift while working with the sounds of the different instruments. We will create a container within the group where it is safe to release and process whatever may come through for you.
Support, guidance, and discussion are key aspects to the training, helping to build confidence and understanding throughout your learning journey. You will have an open line of support after the training for any additional questions you may have while practicing.
