Join Isabella for a deeply restorative workshop that blends the calming, grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra. In this 90-minute session, you'll begin with a traditional Yin Yoga practice, lasting around 75 minutes, which focuses on the spine and kidneys—perfect for the winter season. This gentle practice will help release tension, improve flexibility, and nurture the body’s energy flow.
Afterward, you’ll transition into a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice, which will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. During this part of the workshop, you will be invited to envision and experience your own “safe haven”—a peaceful, nurturing space that you can return to whenever you need to feel grounded and calm, both during the practice and in your daily life.
This workshop is ideal for those seeking rest, rejuvenation, and a deep connection to their body and mind. Whether you are new to these practices or have experience, this session offers something for everyone.
