Krysta has studied the healing fields of health for over 30 years with massage, tinctures, aroma therapy, Resonance Repatterning and now Body Metaphors-a somatic body experience taught by * Jen Tarchin. The Occult realm has also been a long time research and practice of about 25 years. It started with the stars (astrology) and Tarot almost simultaneously. Recently the Runes have become clear and its is now added to the plethora of skills including oracle cards, lenormand, cartomancy, palmistry, numerology, and adventure casting. Her teachers have been books, online classes and amazing mentors. Suzzane Wagner (a local legend) got a group of us started back in the early 2000’s. We did psychic fairs and had monthly instruction for about 5 years. It was incredible and so supportive. She took her classes and now teaches with her books on Tarot and Numerology. Elizabeth began her yoga journey in 2005 and by 2012 I had completed her first 200-hour Anusara teacher training. Since then, She have completed multiple levels of training in Anusara and assisted in a 200-hour teacher training. She attained her Anusara-Inspired teaching status in 2017. Elizabeth began her journey into sound healing in 2013, she uses several different instruments for you to experience in your healing including: metal bowls, crystal bowls, metal drums, gong, rain stick, and African ocean drum...just to name a few. No sound healing experience is the same! Elizabeth tunes into the energetics and vibration of the group that comes together and intuitively plays her sound from that place.
