to continue your practice at home.
Next, reflect on your aspirations for the year in a
Sankalpa journaling session. Explore the art of crafting a personal
“I am” affirmation that aligns with your deeper purpose and
intentions.
Finally, sink into a deeply restorative 90-minute
yoga session, enhanced with hot stones and Reiki. This soothing
practice concludes with Yoga Nidra, guiding you into deep
relaxation and allowing your Sankalpa to take root in a state of
mental clarity and inner peace.
