This monthly class includes guidance on aging gracefully with strength and vibrancy addressing common areas of concern like osteopenia/osteoporosis, pelvic floor conditions, nutrition, toxins, sleep, social connection and more. Come learn how you can stay resilient and fully functional as you age! Pam has been teaching yoga and yoga therapeutics since 1998. Her classes are precise and heart-centered, with a rich blend of therapeutic alignment, pranayama, and meditation. Attention is paid to the breath to focus and quiet the mind, creating greater inner body awareness. Each class is themed and draws from yoga philosophy and life's daily highs, lows, and wonders. Pam’s teachings draw from decades of ongoing training with Todd Norian, Christina Sell, Bo Forbes, Doug Keller, Ellen Saltonstall, Baron Baptiste, and John Friend. Pam believes yoga's precious gifts lead to a more harmonious, peaceful, and mindful way of living.
