Join Carrie for an hour of guided self-massage. We will loosen fascia and release tension in key muscle groups. You will learn to identify areas of tension and how they connect with other parts of your body and practice self-massage techniques that can release specific tissues to help you feel better on the mat, at the gym, and in your daily activities. Bring a yoga mat and dress for movement. Please avoid overly baggy/loose clothing. Advanced registration strongly recommended.
