You love helping your peers succeed too and are always ready to support fellow students in their journey.

 

You want to challenge yourself and take your skills to the next level, in fact, because of your amazing attitude to training, your coaches have recommended you take the next step as a base or flyer. Welcome!

You've completed Level 2 (Explore) you want to challenge yourself further by developing your tumbling, handstand, strength & flexibility.

 

While Handstand and Tumbling are the core focus of this class, entry level contortion skills and strength and conditioning such as elbow stands, chest stands and walkovers are included in the program, for students who wish to specialise later.
