A 50 minute class focused on muscular strength and endurance, that will also burn calories not only during class but for hours after you leave. The movements and format will change from week to week but the goals of strength, toning, and conditioning, will remain throughout. This class will use a mix of bodyweight, free, weight, and band movements to achieve the ultimate goal.

nutritionists that provides
Capital Health patients with the
education and tools they need to find a sustainable solution
for
weight management. This is not an insurance-based
program.
THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Two InBody body composition assessments—one before and one after
program participation.
Assessments require an in-person visit to the Wellness Center at
Two Capital Way, Suite 405,
Pennington, NJ 08534.
WEEK 1:
Meet with a registered dietitian for a one-on-one session to start
individual planning and goal setting.
WEEKS 2 –12:
TWO WEEKLY HALF-HOUR GROUP
SESSIONS
Meet virtually with a registered dietitian nutritionist for classes
on nutrition and healthy lifestyle topics, such as meal planning,
food labels, protein, carbohydrates and fats, portions and dining
out, stress and sleep, and the power of exercise.
This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness in a fun format while building total body strength to enhance movement health for your daily life through the use of bodyweight and light dumbells.
Rejuvenate your body and mind with this gentle flow class, seamlessly blending movement and breath to cultivate relaxation, flexibility, and inner strength. All levels welcome.
HAMILTON LOCATION - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT
This yoga class is slow flow - mixed levels so all may join. Each posture is offered at the beginner level and increased to more advanced levels for those looking for a greater challenge. Each individual works at the level they are most comfortable with and offered the opportunity to move at their own pace.
