Welcome Winter by embracing the slow pace of Nature and treat yourself to deep rest. Cozy up by candlelight with blankets, bolsters, & crystal bowl vibrations to honor this season of reflection and renewal. Restorative yoga is an entirely supported, passive, and nourishing practice designed to shift your central nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest & digest.) The event will include an overview of Winter Solstice history, meaning, & ways it can be celebrated. All experience levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal; props will be provided. Price is $40 for non-members, $20 for members.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing, as you will be lying down for the entire practice. No prior experience is needed.
