This modified pilates class is suitable for new mothers from 6 weeks postpartum.
Classes focus on deep core and pelvic floor activation and strength, mobilising of stiff/tight joints and muscles, postural awareness, stretching tight muscles and strengthening of the core, lower and upper body in a fun and welcoming environment suitable for all levels of fitness and pilates experience.
