Students will learn practical tools and techniques that help minimize discomfort and encourage the smooth progression of labor and birth while sustaining confidence in one’s abilities to labor and deliver with beauty and strength. At the end of each class, students will practice a different relaxation technique. Students will practice the various physical, mental, and emotional types of relaxation with the support and guidance from their partners. Birthing partners will also learn how to actively support the expectant person during pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum period.

Our Toddler & Preschooler Sign Language story time will take baby sign language to a new level. Your child will have a blast learning American Sign Language (ASL) with singing, dancing, story time, and action-packed games. Whereas the baby sign language series are named after the primary colors: Red, Yellow, and Blue, the Toddler series are divided into three series named after the secondary colors: Orange, Green, and Purple. Each session is built around a different theme which includes fun movement activities, songs ...and of course stories. For parents and caregivers with children from 1-5 years.

We've split 18 sessions into three different six-day series named after the primary colors: Red, Yellow, and Blue. No need to take them in order. Just dive in and start learning now.

Our Introductory Workshop is recommended prior to taking a playgroup series unless you are already familiar with American Sign Language (ASL).
