Join Jeanette for this workshop designed just for you! This workshop will help you learn the foundations of Yoga. This is intended for beginners but seasoned practitioners wishing to learn more about the foundations of Yoga are welcome to join.
You will learn postures and principles of yoga. We will discuss some details about Hatha Yoga’s history and philosophy. We will practice techniques for building confidence and comfort to bring ease while you start building your yoga foundation. The workshop will include 45 minutes dedicated to lecture and discussion. The rest of the time will be a physical practice of going through techniques and foundations of yoga postures. We will conclude with a guided relaxation meditation. A handout will be provided, including notes on yoga philosophy and a listing of the postures practiced during the workshop..
