Led by Gulnaaz Dashti, a Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher based in Pune, India, this workshop is your opportunity to learn from one of the most highly regarded teachers in the Iyengar tradition. Gulnaaz will guide participants through therapeutic approaches to caring for the shoulders and elbows, combining precise alignment, supported postures, and practical tips that can be incorporated into your daily routine.
Workshop Format
While Gulnaaz will be joining live via Zoom, you have two options for participation:
Online Participation - For those attending online, it's recommended to have someone available to assist you during the session. If this isn’t possible, don’t worry—you’ll still gain incredible insights into shoulder & elbow care, as the sessions will emphasize educational principles. Think of it as a masterclass on how to heal and maintain healthy knees through yoga therapy.
In-Studio Participation - If you’re able to join us in person, you’ll benefit from hands-on guidance provided by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. They’ll assist you in real-time, helping you adapt the poses to suit your body’s needs and maximize the therapeutic effects of each practice.
