The Gita is a timeless conversation between
humanity (Arjuna) and Divinity (Krishna), one of the oldest yoga
texts in the world and required reading for Yogis of all stripes.
It has captivated a global audience including Henry David Thoreau,
Annie Besant, T. S. Eliot, and Aldous Huxley. It has inspired the
likes of Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi.
Learn about Dharma, Karma, Bhakti, and Yoga over
the course of a seven part series on the Bhagavad Gita with Prema
& Manjari.
Manjari is an artist, a yoga teacher, and a practitioner of
bhakti yoga. She has been sharing bhakti wisdom at New York City's
Bhakti Center where she has been serving for many years before
moving to DC.
Prema is a Curator at the Smithsonian, a Kirtan
artist, and a yoga teacher. He received his PhD in History at the
University of Virginia and has been a student of the Bhagavad Gita
for over a decade.
