
Preparing to give birth brings so many changes to the body, heart and mind. Cookies, Chai and Childbirth is a comprehensive educational workshop that strives to help birthing parents and families feel confident and reassured as they prepare to welcome a new little soul into the world.
This beautiful three part series is broken down into informational and easy to understand classes.
Week One: Prenatal Anatomy, Stages of Childbirth
Week Two: Mind, Body & Breath Connection, Does the way I breathe matter? & The Art of Relaxation, Channeling strength and power of the mind to help the body
Week Three: Making room for baby to move and rotate within the pelvis and Labor Massage, counter pressure, acupressure and other comfort measures.

Welcome to our BE Silent Club!
This is not just a book club—it's a silent club. Once a month, come to the studio to enjoy an hour of quiet activities. Whether you prefer to read, color, knit, meditate, or even nap, this is your time to relax in silence.
Our intention is to gather on the last Tuesday of the month and enjoy a peaceful hour together.
Bring any book you'd like to read—graphic novels, audiobooks with headphones, and e-book readers are all welcome! Or, bring your favorite hobby supplies for coloring or knitting.
Give yourself permission to unwind and connect with a community of silent seekers just like you. There is no expectation to socialize for a few minutes afterwards unless that’s your thing.
This is a free event!
During this session, we revisit our creative goals and meditations for the year. We'll talk about the importance of fertilizing/networking for our garden, and weeding/refining what doesn't nurture our seeds/goals/creativity. We'll discuss the new season and the energy surrounding it, and how we can harness it to enhance our meditations and creativity. By sharing the ups and downs of our process, we'll bolster our creative community and see how the life cycle of the natural world is similar to the way we create.

Hey Everyone! It's that time of year again! Our annual Yoga Cookout and BBQ is here! Thursday, May 22! Right after a nice Gentle Yoga practice with Pam at 10:30AM in the BE Here studio, let's all plan on meeting at Bear Creek Park (Pavillion One) from 12:00PM - 2:00PM.
We'll grill out our favorite things, or make our favorite dish to share with friends. Enjoy great food and wonderful friends on a relaxing afternoon!
