Welcome to our BE Silent Club!
This is not just a book club—it's a silent club. Once a month, come to the studio to enjoy an hour of quiet activities. Whether you prefer to read, color, knit, meditate, or even nap, this is your time to relax in silence.
Our intention is to gather on the last Tuesday of the month and enjoy a peaceful hour together.
Bring any book you'd like to read—graphic novels, audiobooks with headphones, and e-book readers are all welcome! Or, bring your favorite hobby supplies for coloring or knitting.
Give yourself permission to unwind and connect with a community of silent seekers just like you. There is no expectation to socialize for a few minutes afterwards unless that’s your thing.
This is a free event, and all ages are welcome. A minimum of 4 people is required for the club meeting to stay on the calendar.

2025 Vision Board Workshop: In person or Zoom
Do you struggle to write your goals for the New Year on January 1st? For me, it’s too cold and dark, and I’m all sleepy and slow, recovering from the prior year’s goals! But when I wait for the air to warm a bit, the sun to shine a little more, and the earth to give me cues that it is starting the growing season, well, then, I am ready to make goals for myself.
Join me and we will set our New Year goals with Tibetan healing sounds, qigong meditative movements for creativity and time to journal or sketch our ideas for 2025. I will provide a 2025 calendar, your choice of a meditative crystal and refreshments. You can bring your journal or sketchbook. Look for 3 future sessions as the seasons change, where we aim at assessing our progress, refocusing our vision and gathering our courage to finish the year on our Path.
Meeting together through the year is always supportive to reconnect to our goals, make changes that we didn’t think to give ourselves permission to do, and to network our manifesting strategies.

Join Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Bridget Abraham, from Genesis PT & Wellness and Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, Ally South, as they share insights on the pelvic floor, common symptoms of dysfunction—including back pain, hip pain, leakage, and prolapse—and holistic practices to strengthen and release tightness and tension.

During this peaceful meditative hour, we invite you to choose one of the many coloring page offerings, have a seat and find the flow of colors, pencils and allow the mesmerizing lines and shapes to transport your mind to a tranquil state of bliss.
Offerings include intermittent Rumi quotes, mantras, music, and of course tea and snacks to help find our center. This alternative form of meditation is just one more beautiful tool you can use when you need to settle the mind and ground down into tranquility.
