Receive the full benefits of a salt cave session and a restorative yoga class in one! In this delicious class, the student holds supported poses in a very comfortable position with the use of props such as blankets, bolsters and pillows. Through yoga, breathing is enhanced and therefore the benefits of the salt cave are enhanced. Be Happy Salt Cave socks are worn and a mat is provided.

Join us for kid's yoga IN THE SALT CAVE! Bring the kiddos to the peak of the Himalayan Mountains at Be Happy for fun, and receive the benefits of yoga and Himalayan Salt! Kids will enjoy a special yoga class that introduces children to a non-competitive physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga helps children with coordination and offers a sense of calm through the practice of fun poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing & relaxation. The salt cave helps improve breathing and reduces allergy and asthma symptoms. Please register in advance as space is limited. Mats are provided.

It identifies our unique makeup and health patterns, and provides us with guidance specific to our system's expression of imbalance.
