In this slow, soothing, gentle, trauma-informed practice we focus on awareness rather than pose.
 
This helps to unravel long-held tension, dissociation or protective armouring that arises from years of chronic stress and trauma, accidents, medical or dental treatments, intense birth experiences, or even from physical or sexual abuse.
 
By noticing sensation, and observing specific body parts we can begin to form a new relationship - melting away frozen places, shifting from dissociation into connection, and bringing presence where anxiety is alive or thoughts are scattered.
 
Everyone is welcome into this safe space, where choice is alway given, and no story needs to be shared.
