Max is going to continue our theme of balance by showing you how to bring balance to your cocktails as you learn about mixing flavors to create what you love.

Josh has over 30 years of experience in Eastern movement practices, including Taoism, yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. A licensed massage therapist for 27 years and former Massage Therapy Director at Capri College, he blends his expertise in movement and body mechanics to help runners optimize efficiency and reduce injury. Josh is the creator of the F.L.U.I.D.™ Running Experience, teaching workshops that integrate Eastern principles for effortless, pain-free running.
