Join us for an unforgettable evening of uplifting vibrations and deep connection at our Austin Yoga Tree kirtan, featuring the amazing Audra Shimek! Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of kirtan as we gather together in a sacred space and feel the transformative power of mantra and music.
Never been to a kirtan before? That’s ok - all are welcome! You have to experience a kirtan to understand it.
What is a kirtan? Kirtan is a heart-opening, musical experience that transcends the ordinary, opening the doors to a profound sense of unity, joy, and inner peace. No musical experience or talent is required – just bring your open heart, your willingness to explore, and your desire to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.
Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the blissful world of kirtan and discover the healing power of mantra, music, and community. We can't wait to share this magical evening with you!
Embark on an odyssey of self-discovery and inner peace at our “Symphony of Sounds” event. Held on the second Saturday of most months, this transformative experience harmonizes body, mind, and spirit through an integrative wellness practice.
Our journey begins with a thoughtfully crafted yoga session, seamlessly blending gentle, restorative, and yin yoga practices. This all-levels experience gently opens the body, releasing tension and preparing the mind for profound relaxation and healing.
As we transition from yoga to sound healing, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. This guided sound immersion ushers you into a meditative state, where healing frequencies work to release emotional blockages and restore a deep sense of balance and well-being.
Join our supportive community for this rejuvenating blend of practices designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner harmony at “Symphony of Sounds.”
Self-love is the single most important missing ingredient to success—and you get to define what success means to you.
From a young age, we’re taught that if we work hard, we’ll achieve success, and only then will happiness follow. This approach leaves us constantly chasing happiness in the future—a future that often feels just out of reach.
The Self Love Revolution flips this equation.
Self-love creates happiness now. When you are happy, you are already successful. And when you feel successful, working hard and contributing to society becomes natural and effortless.
Some may view self love as weak, but in truth, it’s one of the most courageous acts you can take.
