Kirtan
Dive into the joy of Kirtan, a participatory chanting practice where everyone joins in singing sacred mantras. Inspired by the teachings of Sri Krishna Chaitanya, Kirtan dissolves the boundaries of separation, inviting a meditative, ecstatic, or transcendent experience. Whether you sit, dance, or sway, let the music carry you beyond.

Do you love dancing and exploring different urban styles? Do you want to learn how to express yourself and have fun with music? If yes, then you are invited to join us for a Dance it all! class. We will be meeting at Aum Studio and learning the foundations of Dancehall, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, and House dance.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their dance skills, create their own style and identity, and enjoy the moment here and NOW! You don’t need any previous experience or special equipment to join us. All you need is comfortable clothes, shoes, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude.
Our instructor is Nikolas Mafabi, a professional dancer and choreographer. He will guide you through the basic steps and movements of each style, and help you to combine them into your own unique expression. He will also teach you how to groove with the music and feel the rhythm in your body.
This class is a great opportunity to have fun, meet new people, and unleash your inner dancer. You will leave feeling energized, confident, and happy. Don’t miss this chance to dance like nobody’s watching!
