This beginner-friendly series is perfect for anyone looking to
start their yoga journey. Over four sessions, you’ll be introduced
to foundational asanas (postures) to help you feel confident in any
mixed-level yoga class. We’ll also explore the rich history of
yoga, the guiding principles of the yamas and niyamas, and gain an
understanding of the chakra system.

This all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with yourself.
Held immediately after Universal Yoga, you’re welcome to join for either class or enjoy the full experience by attending both.
In this session, you’ll explore a variety of yogic meditation techniques designed to help you center your awareness, calm your mind, and cultivate inner stillness. We’ll also practice pranayama (breathwork) to support mental focus and regulate the nervous system — leaving you grounded, clear, and renewed.
No prior experience necessary. Just bring your breath and your presence.

ABOUT
Sisters of Song was born in July 2023 when Radha Rose identified
that most women battle with insecurity about sharing their voices.
Since 2019, Radha has served as a community builder and devotional
singer who has hosted women's circles, kirtans, ceremonies and
retreats in Athens, Alpharetta and Atlanta, GA.
