Join Krystal Alexandria, Ease Mentor and creator of the AstroHD Readings & Workshops, for an unexpectedly emboldening and connective afternoon workshop exploring the fundamentals of Human Design in community. You’ll be reminded that who you authentically are is 100% on purpose and you’ll leave encouraged to follow the quiet intuitive nudges as a valid and sustainable method to live your life.

• How to easily navigate the foundations of your own Human Design Bodygraph chart
• The 6 core, life-changing tools that live within your chart
• How to build sustainable self-care practices based on your unique design

What you need to bring:

• Bring with you a notebook, water bottle and be sure to wear comfy clothes as we will be seated on pillows and bolsters on the floor in the movement space
• Light snacks will be provided (fruit, nuts, etc.)
• Your Human Design chart will be printed for you and available upon arrival
• There is a quiet room separate from the larger group should you need some solo down time
