Led by the amazing Kiara, this heart-pumping, high intensity, low impact, full-body workout will have you sweating it out to the sounds of DJ Brian Meslar (aka B-Sticky) spinning live beats that are sure to set the mood. With a playful Valentine’s theme, this class is all about love -- whether it’s self-love, partner love, or simply love for an epic workout.
