In this class, Kelsey will guide you through a series of restorative yoga poses, designed to bring your body into a state of complete relaxation. With the support of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll hold each pose for extended periods, allowing your muscles to release tension while your mind enters a state of calm. As you relax, Cyrus will accompany your practice with live music, his guitar melodies perfectly complementing the peaceful atmosphere.
