We all know how to do it; we just need a safe place to explore and remember. You will be altered in meaningful and memorable ways. We develop this practice to ground and root our bodies on this physical plane, so that we can receive and create higher vibrational frequencies for ourselves and each other. We explore how to move energy using natural sounds to aid in our own personal healing and transformation.   Karen Renée brings the power of the frame drum to the circle. A one-sided drum that resonates, amplifies, and creates harmonics with your voice. Experiencing your voice through the reflection that the drum head creates serves to reduce mental chatter, strengthens your vocal frequencies, and creates a fun interactive way to explore the variety of sounds you can create.   Bring a blanket/pillow for your comfort, a water bottle and journal. Frame drums, and other sound healing instruments will be provided. If you have your own drum, you are encouraged to bring it.
