Serenity Sessions: Restorative Yoga

We all do too much. This event invites us to do the opposite. To pause, soften, and invite space for deep rest.
Join Sydney for a 90-minute Restorative Yoga practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect with an inner well of calm. Through a series of fully supported postures, held for 5-20 minutes each, you’ll be guided into a state of quiet rest and the space for your nervous system to find balance.
The key ingredients are support, stillness, and silence.
This is your permission slip to do less, to slow down, and to care for yourself in a meaningful way.
All props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring anything from home (an eye pillow/covering, cozy socks, a favorite blanket) if it will help you feel more supported or comfortable.
Everyone is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. Just a willingness and a desire to collectively rest.

Elevated Vibrations: Sound Bath & Aerial Hammocks
**A Restorative Aerial Sound Journey**
Float into deep relaxation with this unique workshop combining the calming embrace of aerial hammocks and the therapeutic power of sound.
During this immersive experience, you’ll be gently cocooned in a suspended hammock while layers of healing sound wash over you—crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic release, and profound rest.
**What to Expect:**
* A guided grounding practice to settle into the hammock
* A 60-minute live sound bath while suspended
* Gentle integration time to reawaken and reconnect

Meditation Workshop: Learning to Practice Stillness
Description:
This 2.5 hour workshop is designed to introduce you to the practice of meditation, offering both guided and silent experiences alongside accessible teachings on the purpose, origins, and research-backed benefits of meditation.
You’ll experience four distinct forms of meditation:
- Anapana (breath awareness) to anchor attention
- Metta (loving-kindness) to cultivate compassion
- Chakra Meditation to awaken subtle awareness
- Yoga Nidra for deep rest
Alongside actually practicing these meditations, we’ll talk about what it means to be present, how to navigate resistance, restlessness, and other things that tend to come in the way of a meditation practice, and why these practices matter in terms of both ancient wisdom traditions and modern research all with the goal to inspire and inform your meditation practice.
A short break with tea will be included, as well as a take-home printout guide with resources to support your personal practice.
This workshop is designed to be welcoming and meaningful for all experience levels.

Meridian Yin Workshop Series
This Yin Yoga Series explores the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through the lens of the meridian system. These elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each session blends long-held Yin postures with somatic awareness, self-reflection, and elemental insight to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
These workshops are part educational, part embodied practice. You’ll learn the location and functions of the meridians for each element and use the tools of Yin Yoga, as well as gua sha scraping, to deepen your awareness and connection.
Each session includes:
- A 90-minute Yin Yoga practice tailored to the element
- Seasonal wisdom & journaling prompts
- Take home printouts
- A take-home gua sha tool
This series is designed to be both educational and grounding, to inspire your practice. It’s an invitation to align with the rhythms of nature.

September 27th: Autumn Meridian Yin: Metal Element Workshop
Description:
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Metal element is associated with the season of Autumn, a time of release, refinement, and reflection. In this workshop, we’ll work with the Lung and Large Intestine meridian lines, which support the functions of breath, immunity, elimination, and healthy boundaries.
You’ll learn where these meridians are located and be guided through a grounding Yin Yoga sequence to help support the energetic flow of these channels. Yin involves long held postures to bring healthy stress to the deeper connective tissues of the body.
This workshop includes:
- 90-minute Yin Yoga practice focused on the Metal meridians
- Guided gua sha scraping along the meridian pathways
- Brief lesson on the Metal element in TCM
- Seasonal journaling prompts & take-home handouts
- Take-home gua sha tool with instructions for use

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Water element corresponds to Winter, the most introspective and still of all the seasons. It governs the Kidney and Bladder meridians, which relate to our energy reserves, fear, wisdom, and our capacity to rest deeply and move with intention.
You’ll learn where these meridians are located and be guided through a grounding Yin Yoga sequence to help support the energetic flow of these channels. Yin involves long held postures to bring healthy stress to the deeper connective tissues of the body.

You’ll learn where these meridians are located and be guided through a grounding Yin Yoga sequence to help support the energetic flow of these channels. Yin involves long held postures to bring healthy stress to the deeper connective tissues of the body.
